Welcome to ModCASA. These condensed Terms & Conditions explain how ModCASA Real Estate LLC ("ModCASA", "we", "us") provides services in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai & Sharjah), how we collect and use personal data through our website and forms (signup, brochure downloads, newsletter), and how we handle marketing audiences reached in the UK and USA. By using our website or submitting information you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit personal data.

ModCASA provides property brokerage and listings, mortgage and finance facilitation, snagging & inspection, off-plan advisory, project marketing, and business & IT services within the UAE. We may contact you about these services when you enquire or opt in.

• Contact & ID: name, email, phone, address, passport/Emirates ID (if provided)
• Service & transaction data: property preferences, contracts, payment records, documents uploaded for KYC/AML

Disclaimers, liability & indemnity

• Listings, prices and handover dates may change; verify details with an agent
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service; we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• You agree to indemnify ModCASA for claims arising from misuse of the site, false information you provide, or breach of these Terms

Changes, termination & complaints

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches or legal reasons. Special notes

• Children: services are not directed at minors; we do not knowingly collect data from children
